SPRING
INTRAMURAL/INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAM


 

Players: Boys and Girls, Ages 2-14

Registration Fee: $85 (includes a t-shirt)

Dates: Sundays – April through May

  • Spring Soccer is a 6-week outdoor program starting in April and ending in May.
  • The program is intended primarily for children between the ages of 2-14 whom have only played in an intramural program or have no exposure to soccer at all, or for older players that just enjoy the game.
  • For ages 2-4 it is primarily an instructional clinic with minor exposure to small sided games, ages 5 to 14 will be a 40-minute game to get current, old and even new players involved in soccer.
  • All games are played at Norwood Athletic Fields (Amosland Park, Norwood Borough Park) located at 301 E Winona Avenue, Norwood. Shin guards are required; spikes optional but highly recommended!
  • Spring Soccer is intended to be an affordable solution where children can play soccer and have fun while learning some basic soccer skills.
  • All sessions will take place on Sundays typically played between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
